The client partnered with Unified Construction Group (UCG) in order to revamp its traditional method of project delivery. With a hands-on client, UCG was able to bring an “open book” bidding and buyout approach to this unique venture which was essentially two major projects in one. UCG achieved the client’s budgetary and scheduling requirements for the project, while providing the client with constant feedback and attention to satisfy a very dynamic design atmosphere.
